Common questions
Why can't I make a booking for a group later in the day?
We operate continuously from the start until the last group has jumped; the number of groups depends on how many sign up for the given date. We do not take any breaks in between groups.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes — discounts from 4 jumps, 10% for groups of 10 or more.
What are the requirements?
Weight 45–110 kg, minimum age 16, height 145–210 cm.
How far is it from Tromsø?
About 2 hours and 45 minutes by car along the E8 and E6. We recommend combining it with an overnight stay at Birtavarre Aurora Adventures.
Can I come and watch without jumping?
Yes — spectators are welcome at no charge. The bridge and canyon views are spectacular even from the sidelines.
What if the date is cancelled?
You can either pick a new date or receive a full refund. No questions asked.
What happens in bad weather?
We operate in most weather conditions. If the jump must be cancelled due to weather on the day, you can rebook or get a full refund.
